Hosting & Maintenance Payment Terms
By subscribing to our monthly Hosting & Maintenance service, you agree to the following terms:
- Monthly Billing
This service is billed on a monthly basis and will automatically continue unless cancelled. Payment will be automatically debited from your nominated bank account or credit card each month.
- Payment Method
You authorise us to debit your nominated account or credit card on the billing date each month. Credit card payments are processed securely via Stripe and may incur a small processing fee, as listed on your invoice. Payment plans and direct debits are facilitated through Pinch. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and that sufficient funds are available.
- Ongoing Service
The Hosting & Maintenance service will continue on a month-to-month basis until you choose to cancel. You may cancel at any time by providing a minimum of 14 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.
- Price Changes
If there is to be a change to the monthly fee, you will be given at least 60 days’ notice. You’ll have the option to continue at the new rate or cancel your service before the change takes effect.
- Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, we will contact you and attempt to reprocess it. Continued failed payments may result in suspension of your hosting and access to your website until payment is received.
- Cancellation
On cancellation, your hosting and maintenance services will end at the conclusion of your current paid period. It is your responsibility to organise a website backup or transfer before your service ends, if required.
